Province, currently are looking for potential candidates in permanent and
contract positions, which having engineering background to fill several

1. Mechanical Engineer (Project Or Plant Operation)
Responsibilities:
Achieve targeted uptime for the plant, and (together with Plant
Reliability Engineer) established Plant Reliability in regards to
Mechanical Section
Experience in Project is also preferred
Able Review and approve Mechanical Design/Drawing
Very conversant in terms of Engineering standard.
Able to superivising technician in drawing realization
Travel to other Cabot Sites around the world if needed
Able to translate equipment manual into an executable operating
procedure for thechnicians wihtout loosing the key points. Able to
Deliver mechanical training to technician, as needed
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical) from a good reputable University
Strong analytical skill and good communication skill
Required skill(s): Rotating Equipment, Material Technology (metal
alloys) , Hydraulic & Pneumatic.
Preferred skill(s): Fluent in standard engineering design (ASTM,
ASME, API etc)
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 4-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have good language proficiency verbal and written both English and
Bahasa Indonesia, minimum TOEFL Score 450.
Must have good leadership, communication skill, high integrity and loyalty
Able to work as a team or independently
Computer literacy
2. Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer (Project Or Plant Operation)
Responsibilities:
Achieve targeted uptime for the plant, and established Plant
Reliability in regards to Electrical/Instrumentation Section
Able Review and approve Electrical/Instrumentation Design/Drawing
Experience in Project is also preferred
Very conversant in terms of Engineering standard.
Able to superivising technician in drawing realization
Travel to other Cabot Sites around the world if needed
Able to translate equipment manual into an executable operating
procedure for thechnicians wihtout loosing the key points. Able to
Deliver electrical training to technician, as needed
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
(Electrical Engineering Or Instrumentation - Physics Engineering)
from a good reputable University
Strong analytical skill and good communication skill
Required skill(s): High Voltage Equipments (Transformer, Switch
Gears, Relay Protections etc) and Instrumentation (Flow/Temp/Press
Sensors or transmitters, Control Valve, Communicators)
Preferred skill(s): Fluent in standard engineering design (NEMA-ANSI,
IEEE, IEC etc), Basic Programming (PLC-SLC)
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 4-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
3. Process Engineer (Project or Plant)
Responsibilities:
Achieve targeted uptime for the plant, and established Plant
Reliability in regards to Process Engineering (production) Section
Strong analytical skill and good communication skill
Experience in Project is also preferred
Able Review, calculate and approve P&ID
Very conversant in terms of Engineering standard.
Able to superivising technician in drawing realization
Travel to other Cabot Sites around the world if needed
Able to translate equipment manual into an executable operating
procedure for thechnicians wihtout loosing the key points. Able to
Deliver SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) training to technician, as
needed
At least 2 -5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
(Chemical Engineering from a good reputable University)
Strong analytical skill and good communication skill
Required skill(s): Pump and Piping design, Mass and energy Balance
Calculation, Equipment sizing etc
Preferred skill(s): Fluent in standard engineering design, Basic
Process Engineering Calculation Software
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 4-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
